It is located in Apeiranthos. Museum with great activity, as it has hosted and organized conferences and events, with topics related to flora, fauna and ecology.
It was inaugurated in 1996 and has special sections dedicated to sea and land. In the first, there is also a large natural aquarium, as well as a wonderful collection of 265 shells of the island.
In the section concerning land, the collection of flora found in the hydrological basin of the Perachoritis stream, near the village, stands out.
In the same section, samples of the fauna of Naxos are housed, with the bones of various mammals of the island being the predominant ones.
