Since June 2000, the Ski Center of Parnassos has been owned and managed by the Tourist Development Company S.A., based in Athens.
The Ski Centers of Parnassos are the best organized and equipped in the country and cover the requirements for beginners and advanced ski lovers, acrobatic skiing but also with many possibilities for interesting off-piste descents. It is also an ideal starting point for cross-country skiing.
In the ski center located at an altitude of 1,600 - 2,300 m, there are 1 cable car, 6 aerial and 7 sliding lifts with 20 slopes with a total length of 14 km. The 16 are downhill slopes from 600 m to 4000 m long. Of these, 13 are blue (for beginners, intermediate and good skiers), while three are black competition.
The ski center also has a parking lot, a helipad, reception areas, a cafeteria, a bar, a restaurant, first aid, roadside assistance and a baby sitting department. There are also ski and snowboard schools, ski rental and sales shops and clothing boutiques.
