Every year in the month of September, the International Exhibition ( www.helexpo.gr ) is held in Thessaloniki with domestic and foreign products of all kinds, in which dozens of countries and thousands of exhibitors participate.

Throughout the year there are also classical exhibitions such as: TEXTILIA, AGROTICA, INTERKID, FURNITEC, INFACOMA, EXPLORIA, PHILOXENIA, DETROP, COSMIMA, etc., which are organized by D.E.TH.

In May the important International Book Fair takes place ( www.thessalonikibookfair.com ), every October there are wonderful artistic events dedicated to the patron Saint Demetrius, the "Dimitria", while in November the Thessaloniki Film Festival is organized with a Greek and international competition section ( www. filmfestival.gr ).
