Smari Plain
On the highest peak of the hill of Prophet Ilias or Trulli of the peak, in the NE. of the village of Smari, buildings of the geometric - archaic times, with a monumental rampart - fortification wall. Inside it three mega-shaped buildings and a square nave, where the worship of Athena is possible. In the deepest layer of the settlement, Middle Minoan (circa 1900 - 1600 BC) buildings, perhaps of a religious nature. Classical - Hellenistic settlement in the location of Lenika.
