Every year on the Sunday of the Great Halloween, the residents and visitors of Kozani enjoy the magnificent parade of floats and groups of disguised people. Colors, music, dance and movement, floats loaded with folk inspiration and local tradition and thousands of carnival-goers full of fun and in the mood to splurge.
The highlight of the Kozanitiki Carnival is the lighting of all the Lanterns on Sunday night.
