The Museum houses the George I. Christodoulopoulos Collection, which includes over 500 drawings and engravings, by European and Greek artists, dating from the 16th century, small sculptures, historical photographs, coins, banknotes, art publications and other collectibles.
The thematic sections of the museum are:

- The Arcadia of the Travelers
- Nymphs - naked in nature
- Bucolic poetry in Etching
- "Arcadia" in Modern Greek Engraving
- Th. Kolokotronis - "Arcadia in the Greek Revolution"
- A. Papanastasiou - K. Parthenis - "The Hellenic Republic"
- Agricultural and Pastoral life
- The Mountain and the Forest.
With the projection of a slide show, Arcadia, through 120 major works, from galleries all over the world, gives the opportunity of a tour of European painting, from the Renaissance to the Impressionists.
The Exhibition Areas of the Museum, in the main building of the complex, are spread over five main rooms, in which the exhibits are distributed accompanied by historical and technical information.
The Museum premises also include the screening and multi-purpose hall "ALKINOE", of the Arcadian Museum of Art and History. It is about the remodeling of an old independent stone building with special architectural features.
The screening room is located at the southwest end of the Dryads complex and is surrounded by about an acre of harmoniously designed outdoor space.
The Museum hosts painting and sculpture exhibitions every year, presenting artists and their creations. The contents of the exhibitions start from the Arcadian theme.
