It is located in the traditional Varosi district of Edessa and is housed in a palatial neoclassical building, donated by a prominent family of the city. It is an interesting and extremely careful collection of authentic exhibits that inform and help the visitor to get to know the daily way and the quality of life of the inhabitants of the area since the 19th century. until the 1950s. Artifacts and tools are on display, but also It has a significant collection of traditional clothing (1830-1950) Macedonian, Vlach, refugee men and women along with objects from the human life cycle.
The exhibits that fill the four halls and the back yard are donations from the residents of Pella.
In the three areas of the ground floor, mainly agricultural tools and machinery are exhibited, tools from trades such as cobbler, grocer, carpenter, potter, carpenter, giving a representative picture of the urban life of Edessa, but also rural life, animal husbandry, sericulture, spinning and weaving.
In the three areas of the floor are displayed: in a showcase, traditional costumes (Macedonian, Thrace and Eastern Romilia), a kitchen from the 50s, a loom, documents, books and handmade children's toys.
