It is housed in a recently renovated industrial building from the beginning of the century, Mylos tou Markos, and is located in the preserved district of Kyriotissa.
The exhibition includes part of the rich collection of portable icons, wall paintings from temples and secular buildings, mosaic floors, manuscripts and antiquities, works of pottery and small crafts, coins and wood carvings, burial finds, architectural sculptures and marble inscriptions.
