In the neoclassical building (designed and built by an architect of the "Chiler school") with the large palm trees in the yard, where the headquarters of the mining company "Serifos - Spilialeza" was housed, today the island's mining museum is housed, with an exhibition of rocks and mining tools . Near the Museum building is the monument to the heroic workers, recalling the bloody revolt of the mine workers of 1916, an integral part of the island's history.
