Kefalovryso is the largest village of the Municipality of Pogoni, built on the slopes of Nemertzika at an altitude of 650 m. The Folklore Museum of Kefalovryso, created by the Cultural Association of Kefalovryso, has in its collections interesting old objects through which daily life and customs are recorded and customs in the past. Among them you will see wonderful women's traditional women's costumes both casual and bridal with embroidery and embellishments, traditional men's costumes, old jewelry, embroidery, textiles and various decorative and utilitarian household items.
In addition, the museum exhibits old agricultural tools, textiles and various objects used in weaving, old photographs with various scenes of daily life, shepherd's clothes and cheese-making utensils. The folklore museum exhibition also includes a representation of a room (onta) with the fireplace flanked by two divans covered with red textiles.
