The Collection of Post-Byzantine Pictures of Ionian Art is housed on the 1st floor of the neoclassical building of the Zoulinos family. The Lefkada Public Library is located on the ground floor of the mansion. The Collection consists of approximately 150 post-Byzantine icons of Heptanisian and Russian art, church vestments, gospels and religious books from the 16th century to the present day. The icons, painted by Ionian artists (Rousos, Gazis, Doxaras.), come from churches and monasteries of the island as well as private donations.
