The Folklore Museum of the Panormitis Monastery includes a collection of marine antiquities, the old cellar, a traditional Simian living room with a bedroom, the first kitchen of the Monastery, agricultural tools, measures and standards of the 19th century. as well as the area of women's domestic work with the old loom, etc.
In a separate area of the museum, the personal belongings and the radio of the late Abbot Chrysanthos Maroulakis are also kept.
The monastery also includes a Library where about 6,000 old and new volumes with a variety of content are kept, such as books on theology, philosophy, mathematics, medicine, literature.
In the monastery's Gallery, modern paintings are exhibited that have the theme of the Monastery and Symi.
