An original, open-air Agricultural Museum has been created on the grounds of the Kousourelakiou Foundation in the village of Pyles.
The Museum includes: a farmhouse, a windmill, a wine press, a threshing floor, an oven, a small amphitheater, paved and disabled paths, stone and wooden benches, while vines and various fruit trees have been planted. Thus, the visitor can get to know in detail the rural life of the past and the processing cycle followed by some important products of the island, such as cereals and wine.
