It functioned for the first time in the 9th-10th century. One can admire the highly technical wood-carved iconostasis. It is also worth a visit to the Holy Monastery of Korona, the Holy Monastery of Petra, but also the Transfiguration Monasteries in Vrangiana and Dormition of the Virgin Mary in Vlasi, with frescoes from the 17th century.
