It is a women's old-calendar Monastery located at the 7th km of Serres - Timiou Prodromos. It is a Shareholder of the Holy Monastery of Adelfotheou in Peristera, Thessaloniki. Its foundation dates back to around 1980. The monastery area in shades of white and burgundy, includes the church, dedicated to Agios Nikolaos, the chapel of the Holy Trinity, the monks' cells, a guest house and a large courtyard. 7 nuns live in the site. The Monastery celebrates on December 6 and the Monday of the Holy Spirit.
