The Holy Monastery of Agia Paraskevi Makradon was founded in the 17th century. It is located above Paleokastritsa in a beautiful location. The catholicon of the Monastery is in the style of a simple basilica and has images of post-Byzantine and Heptanesian style. The Holy Monastery of Agia Paraskevi celebrates on July 26 with the collective participation of all the surrounding villages.
