The Holy Monastery of Agioi Theodoros Kamaras was founded around the 16th century. It is located on a beautiful hill, a little above the village of Kamara in the Municipality of Achilleion, from where one gazes at the Adriatic sea and the city of Corfu.
From the original buildings of the monastery, the church, dedicated to Agios Theodoros the Soldier and Agios Georgios the Trophy Bearer, has been preserved, recently repaired, in which the old carved iconostasis is preserved. The cells of the monastery are newer, recently repaired as well.
