The monastery of the Holy Apostles is located on the plateau of Argos and was founded in the 11th - 12th century. Its probable founder was Osios Christodoulos or one of his successors. Agioi Apostoloi is the largest temple of the monastic complex, which also includes the chapel of Saint Christodoulou and the chapel of Panagia Kyra.
