The cave of Agios Antonios in Patsos is another cave with a religious character since, as has been proven by archaeological research, it was an important center of worship from the late Minoan to the Roman times. According to epigraphic evidence, Hermes Kranaeus was worshiped in the cave. The church located in the cave is dedicated to Agios Antonios, patron of children. The cave can be visited.
