Southwest of Ellinokamara is another important and interesting mountain cave of Kasos -- Stilokamara, also known as Selai. A difficult and inconspicuous path, which starts behind the estate located at the first big turn of the road to Hadies, leads to the cave. A characteristic point of reference for the small and hidden entrance of the cave is an old lime kiln.
Inside the cave, which has been explored to a depth of only a few meters, there are stalagmites and stalactites - from where it got its name.
In front of the cave there is a wonderful view from above towards Agios Konstantinos and Antiperatos, as well as Armathia and other Casonisia.
