The medieval Castle of Misaria or Mesaria is located above Harkadio on the border between Mikros and Megalos Chori of Tilos.
It was built by the John Knights of Rhodes in 1366.
Ruins of houses and a small temple are preserved inside.
The ruins of a Byzantine settlement and small churches of the 13th and 15th centuries with remarkable paintings are also preserved on its outskirts.
