Port of Elyros, important for the sanctuary of Asclepius (1st century BC - 1st century AD). The sacred source-fountain and the Doric temple - house of Asclepius with a mosaic floor, where inscriptions and votive statues come from, are preserved (in the Archaeological Museum of Chania). Also a gallery, a bathhouse and perhaps a guest house or priest's house. The ancient settlement, carved and vaulted tombs and ancient port facilities are still preserved.
Remains of two early Christian basilicas on the site of the Byzantine churches of Panagia and Agios Kirikos.
